Welcome to Fairway Forecast, a mobile application operated by Lefty Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fairway Forecast mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1.1 Access: Fairway Forecast is accessible without the need for user registration or sign-up. Users can freely access the App without providing personal information.

Use the App in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks. Modify, adapt, or hack the App or modify another website to falsely imply it is associated with the App.
2.1 Ownership: Lefty Labs LLC owns all intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
2.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
3.1 As-Is Basis: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the App.
4.1 No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lefty Labs LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any third-party conduct or content on the App.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of North Carolina.
